  • The newsletter subscription form (located at the bottom of all pages of the site www.drop-cube.com) only collects the user's email address when entered into the form.

This data is only collected when the user voluntarily subscribes to the France Evaporation newsletter, indicating consent to the transmission and processing of this data to receive the company's newsletter by email containing the latest news. In general, France Evaporation does not send more than one newsletter per year, but this is not limited to that number in the future.

The data controller will retain all collected data in their computer systems and under reasonable security conditions for a duration of 3 years.

B. Data transmission to third parties

Data related to newsletter subscriptions is transmitted to the company MailChimp, an email solution, which implements all technical and organizational means to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The data processed by MailChimp in the context of the newsletter is processed in the United States, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
